   Not cheap but a really good 2 course and the best black and blue burger I’ve ever had and so tasty and the salad on the burger is the freshest I’ve ever eaten, wife’s prawn cocktail looked delicious and she said that, I asked the waiter guy for a strong latte and it’s probably the best coffee I’ve had, seriously, and I had a nice wee portion of haggis bon Bon’s for my starter, I think it’s the first I’ve never moaned about the price of a burger because it was amazing

   A very average lunch. The young guy serving us very obviously didn't want to be there. We all have those days but unfortunately in this industry it becomes very obvious very quickly. He effectively grunted at us when asked for the bill and not a word uttered when clearing away plates. No 'are we all done? How was everything?'. Just silence. The food wasn't up to much either unfortunately. We had chicken fajitas which had a very strange coating, and a steak ciabatta. The steak was really tough which was either over cooked or/and a poor cut of meat. There also wasn't much steak. The rest of the ingredients on the sandwich were nice. Given it was £12/13 for just that with no chips/rice, I would expect better quality and more meat. Definitely wouldn't be rushing back.

   Cannot recommend enough! In for lunch with my partner and toddler and the staff couldn't have been any more welcoming, playing with my kid who is usually very shy. She had a great time and the food was amazing! Will define back.

   Exc bar/ rest. Staff v informative & extremely pleasant. Sorry but forgotten her name-the Polish girl who served me lentil soup couple of weeks ago. Only issue is- the manager maybe smile occasionally, removing the feeling from some clients that he wld prefer customers not 2 b there. Am sure he's v pleasant.

   Lovely staff, lovely place, fish and chips were very nice however the Sunday roast was a bit of a let down. The beef was very chewy I couldn't finish it and the potatoes were extremely dry both the roast and the mash tho the veg and grant was very tasty and the yorkie was fine. At 13.95 I expected much better. I didn't complain about it as I normally would have due to being out with a person I support and theirs was lovely and didn't need to have any commotion that might upset him.
