   “We came here for dinner thinking it’d be good, but honestly the food was pretty bad. The chicken was super dry, the chips were soggy, and the mozzarella sticks didn’t taste fresh at all. My Coke was flat too, which made it worse. The staff were nice and the service was okay, but the atmosphere was nothing special. However, the toilets were dirty — the floors were wet — and it seemed like the staff weren’t paying enough attention to keeping them clean. It really ruined the experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.”

   Food good but the guy working behind till and serving needs to go on a customer service course - sat in multiple times and always shouting and moaning with other members of staff in kitchen. Maybe he be better in there than customer facing

   2nd time ordering, 2nd time issues! Wont order again. Wrong order delivered. Called resturant who mentioned another customer just called who had our order. Ask if can be redelivered to be told no, need to come to resturant if wanted our food. If we could have went in 1st place, we'd have went before ordering. Shocking service and response.

   What is this? The chicken is in a sauce that our kids described as "vomit" aand refused to eat. It tastes like peri-peri mixed with old dried parmesan, sour lemon and a bit of bile; by far the worst peri-peri place I've eaten in. Try it, and see for yourself. Lime and mango is recommended if you really love the taste of your own sick.

   Pretty unexciting and boring food. Got the double chicken burger and it was pretty miserable. Spicy rice was just a bit of microwaved packet rice and the sweet potato fries had so much salt on them. Price is definitely good though. Nandos heaps better

   An absolute shambles of a place. Been told Pollockshaws is good though. Firstly I was sitting at table while staff watched for 15mins and eventually said you order at till. Next they couldn't even understand own menu. Next food arrived cold with no cheese or lettuce. Fifteen minutes into it had to ask for our drinks...then asked for a BBQ dip...got some different stuff that was on menu. Thought it was just me until the family next to me said it was the usual at that branch. Then sure enough he didn't get what he ordered or his drinks. Worse place I've been in in all my years. And I'm sorry, but staff are clueless. Don't go

   No straws for the flat juice. 1 pathetic cheese slice which was an extra 60p and doesn't even cover the burger and that salad is pathetic can't even taste it won't be ordering again worst black rooster franchise and chips we're stone cold waste of 20quid
