   Just been to this place and the drive through wasn't working had to go into the store in my pj's! Then when ordering a grinch meal get home and no socks! Instead they put a happy meal colouring book in....raging!!!

   Waited 30 minutes for a burger and fries, paid for sit in, when i queried how much longer, lo and behold a burger had been sitting there all along getting cold. Papped in a bag and threw at me, no tray, no apology. Dont expect much from McDs but half an hour is excessive and service is dreadful. Staff swearing at each other in full view of customers. Manager type girl loudly saying 'am gonn for a piss'. Absolutely dreadful, whoever owns this franchise needs to sort out some customer service training and basic decency, who want to hear about your staff's toilet visits while theyre eating? Boak.

   Longest wait for 2 x cheeseburger meals and happy meal at 2.15am - young girl with glasses wearing pumpkin tshirt not sure if a manager or not but no apology or eye contact or any communication regarding the wait? Window closed, looked busy sorting delivery order while drive thru was queued back, said something about not seeing ticket when I asked what delay was, very quiet so not sure what took so long?

   I have ordered from this McDonalds plenty of times and usually I try give the benefit of the doubt but nearly every time these melts mess it up. I'm not being funny but all you need to do is put the food in the bag bro and you lot cant even do that. I don't know who you lot are hiring down there but the managers seriously need to get a grip. Messing up once or twice is acceptable but these lot seem to never get it right, It's not rocket science guys. Don't think you can call to complain or attempt to get anything rectified either because they'll never answer. Bunch of clowns. I'm adding this after reading the other reviews; Clearly this place is not being run correctly and whoever runs it needs to re think their staff. There are so many people who are desperate for jobs, give the jobs to people who actually want them. Furthermore, please read through the reviews and you can see how poor this establishment really is. At what point is it just robbery?

   Everything was quick and easy today. When we visited. Staff even went out thier way to help a customer who spilled coffee. The high stool seats near the window have a fast charging pad also. Place was very clean too.

   I was very surprised at how clean and quiet the location is. It has a load of seating options both upstairs and downstairs. The service was fast- I think I was in there a total of 3 minutes before I was walking out with the food. Everything had been accounted for and there was nothing missing. I’m also surprised at the latte, not bad at all. Great location too with a huge Tesco, Home Bargains, Starbucks and Greggs in the same retail park.

   Disgusting. Terrible service. Ordered set of toys which weren't available. Cashier confused as to what to do next (refund, not that hard) so approached teenage manager who stood and kept my partner waiting for 20 minutes for her money back. Food inevitably got cold in this time. Asked for replacement and was told to wait for this at the end of the newly formed queue. Then to make matters worse, partner slipped on the water in the doorway. No wet floor sign. Absolute shambles. Rude, poorly trained staff and health and safety issues too. Frankly amazed that anyone eats here at all. Absolutely do not recommend.

   We visited this McDonalds with 8 kids after a birthday party and seated ourselves upstairs. It was pretty busy at the time and food took a little while to get ready. However when I arrived upstairs expecting the kids to be going crazy they where all seated calmly around the table colouring in and chatting my partner had said the member of staff there had provided them with colouring in options and chatted to them whilst they waited. It was noticeable whilst we were there and she was just as helpful with all of the customers and didn't stop working/cleaning the entire time we where there. She was a credit to the branch and I will try to find a way to notify the management team at Rutherglen. If she ever notices this - well done Lily fantastic job!

   Atrocious meal. Boyfriend ordered a double big mac, he received a very low quality normal big mac, with what looks like a bite already in it! Full meal went in the bin, unbelievable.
