Food and service outstanding.big shout to Jordan who couldn’t of been nicer and was a great help in ordering our food .she gave us all the info on sauces etc .we will be back .can’t wait .
Placed an order on Deliveroo at 21.25. Was phoned at 21.40 and told that they only had one piece of chicken and would put another one in the oven and would be ready at 10 for a driver to come and get. The app continuously updated the delivery time and I eventually cancelled the order at 11 at night because they clearly were not going to be sending the food out. Absolute waste of time and left with nothing and to late at night to now get anything after working till late and having to leave it till that time to order. When they phoned to say they had one left, I don’t understand why they weren’t just honest and said to order something else rather than leaving me all night waiting for an order than didn’t show up. Total shambles to be honest.
Ordered 3 meals, 1 was missing items, another was completely absent and there were aditional items that no one ordered, after phoning the store, the lady who picked up was either high or had some kind of learning disability because they seemed to have 0 grasp on anything being said and was borderline slurring their words. They refuted what we ordered while we listed the order off the phone despite the fact that we were reading the order off of the confirmation itself.
A classic Nandos. The food was good as you would expect from any Nandos restaurant and the service was very efficient and friendly.
Great. It's Nandos, so What's not to like. There were a couple of items missing from the menu but nothing to affect our meal. When we got the ice cream there was a problem with the machine so Michael gave us another dessert for our wee one while he fixed it then let us when it was sorted. Props for the excellent service from Michael and the team!
