Was thinking of a family birthday treat ten of use in total but after reading the reviews feel that I will go elsewhere where and spend hard earned cash on a lovely meal elsewhere only on review has been answered by management so they can't all be wrong sorry nandos it is for our outing

They either always forget something you ordered or get your meal wrong. The food itself is lovely but its hard to enjoy when the workers never read and get it right. Don't know how many times this has happened now, I've given up on this entirely.
Chicken was dry with hardly any sauce and I ended up with some orange sludge as a side instead of spicy rice. Still not sure what the side was but it wasn’t very appetising looking.
I have no complaints about the food in this place - there was even some chicken in my burrito, although the orange chips were interesting and did make me cough a lot. No, my problem was with the set up of the drive through. My car ended up getting towed away by the police, but not before I was reduced to making my three year old daughter hold open the heavy glass door, all so I could shout out order through to the harassed looking young assistant. A very antiquated way of doing things in this day and age, IMHO.
Went for lunch today and food was lovely, Lady who served me, Isobel was lovely and a credit to the company
The staff are welcoming, food tasty very good. Been there twice with my friends and got free starters and rice. I love the chicken wings with the BBQ Sauce.
Didn't enjoyed that much as the food didn't delivered as we expected. But their onion rings and french fries were really great. Chicken and rice is a huge disappointmentm
Staff were lovely on my first visit there. Explaining the menu to me as I wasnt sure what sauce to pick for my chicken. Prices are good and food was made quickly. No complaints.
