I nipped in for a lunch, craving indian food and had heard that this place was above average. Unfortunately the lunch was mediocre , filled a hole. OK it is reasonable price at 8.95 for 2 courses, and the food was not unpleasant or greasy or anything but just a bit of a disappointment. Veg pakora i had hoped might have been more authentic desi style but was your run-of-the-mill dough balls, and bhuna curry very bland even by scottish standards. Perhaps some a la carte choices would be better, and i would give the buffet night the benefit of the doubt, however if the basic bhuna is so-so then i'm not filled with confidence about more elaborate dishes. Excellent naan ! Service friendly, thankyou !

I liked the hospitality. Taste wise we liked the Indian food. They serve both veg and non veg. The parking space is sufficient. We were a group of 16 and we reached quite late at around half past ten and still they were eager to serve us.

The Indian restaurant of choice for us was closed! However, perhaps best that it was as this place turned out to be banging. We started out a bit worried as the place was a little cold, but I noticed that they had a space heater and directed it towards ur table - cheating other customers, I know, but we were happy. My gorgeous wife even took her gloves off.... The service was sharp and attentive and the food really good. Pints of Cobra followed, as they usually do. Between us we had a Lamb Rogan Josh, a Butter Chicken and my choice the full-on Vindaloo. I explained that I like some serious heat in my food. So, the server promised some heat and it duly delivered, especially with extra chopped green chillies. The sides were great as well. The mushroom rice delivered and the naan breads, delightful. Really impressed with the grub and we had a lovely nosh. Keep up the good work !

Loved the hospitality and taste! Was here as part of a group tour and we came here for dinner on 2 nights. Yummy Paneer Karahi. Malaidar paneer was great too. Quick refill in the buffet tubs, there was always a person to ensure the food was always available for the guests.
