   Been going to paprika for a while now and never had any issues until recently. A few weeks ago I ordered a pepperoni obsession pizza with stuffed crust and Dinner Meat I arrived and turned out to be a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and NO donner meat although I paid extra for it, tonight I ordered myself one of their new pizza's and a donner pizza with stuffed crust and pepperoni, can any one explain why we received a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust

   Another takeaway that bombards with junk mail even when you have signage to say it's not wanted, will not use them on principle now. Fed up up my letterbox being filled with this stuff almost every day

   Ordered chicken and they gave us donner. I called up and said we got home and opened the box and wasn't chicken. Lady argued with us on the phone and hung up. Rude and not good. We made it clear we can ONLY have chicken no contaminations to the lady due to allergies

   Again for the 2nd week arrived 2hrs after we ordered. Ceylonese Korma was like yellow water with no taste!. We ordered 2 additional sauces ( a chasni and a Bhuna) and we got 2 chasnis, tried to phone constantly engaged...so wrong order AGAIN and tasteless food

   Made very quickly but evident why. Stale chips and rotten meat. “Curry sauce” that came along with the chips appeared to be some form of congealed sweet potato soup.

   I went in half asleep in work and asked for a mixed pakora instead of a chicken and mushroom. Even with my own mistake, the staff gave me a full new portion, plus I kept my old one. A really nice gesture. Friendly staff, Very hygienic looking and clean, And most importantly food is amazing!, fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend :)
