   First time ordering an our last time avoid this Chinese at all costs, Just received our delivery that we place at 4.25 which is 2 hours late, phone back after hour to be told they have been trying to contact me so they could of re phoned the number I phoned from which they didn’t do, girl on the phone needs to get some people skills an customer service to deal with complaints as she is not fit for this type of job, having waited they couldn’t find the correct address after nearly 15 mins they finally found the correct address an the food arrives with the wrong order no curry sauce with the order which was ordered, ribs are that hard could break your teeth clearly from the night before, never had a Chinese like it in my life if the owners can’t take a simple order over the phone it’s a bad day.

   Wow wow wow, Just ordered from here via just eat, order accepted and then cancelled, called them to be told ''cause i said bad things about them on facebook 6 months ago thats why my order cancelled''. Yes 6 months ago had an issue, they updated their meal deals taking out a item but still charging the same price. I called them out for it. They still have not updated the actual just eat menu to reflect this, or was it just a error on that order that they cant admit to !! Have ordered from them a few times recently with no issues. Now this. You're not the only takeaway around, or the best by far, but i will post this review on all the relevant review sites.

   Food is really poor. Asked for crispy beef. Was all soggy and un pleasant. Been a couple of times now we have been let down by the standard of food from Amber Cuisine.

   Chicken chop suey ordered, asked them to ensure that there bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and mushrooms in it as there weren't the last time. They said bamboo shoots and water chestnuts aren't in as standard but mushrooms are. Never had a chop suey that didn't have these items as standard. Paid extra to get them added. Got order home and no mushrooms again! Not good enough.

   1 star is giving this place more than they deserve called at 10.15 for a delivery last night was told too late when asked what time theyre deliverys stopped was told 10.30pm when mentioned its only 10.15pm got hung up on then phone not answered after that. i thought would give them one more try as aparently food meant to be ok so ordered a delivery tonight at 9.15m which didnt arrive till 10.45pm which isnt really acceptable in my eyes but ok my food had arrived when opened up i had a chicken curry with chips in the same tray alike a kids portion instead of the chicken curry with fried rice i had ordered and paid full money for and 2 tiny spring rolls in the other box instead of rice which totally ruined my meal if u can call it a meal as expected no answer from phone so had to eat what i had the chicken curry was cold and the chips were hard not even properly cooked i would advise anyone thinking of ordering from this chinese NOT TO as the staff are very unfriendly the delivery was wrong and cold and the food from iceland i would say was better if you want a good chinese meal AVOID AMBER CUISINE i will never ever order from them again poor service cheeky staff wrong order and cold and tastless food DEF ONE TO BE AVOIDED NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

   Always been decent but recently they have changed their curry sauce and its new recipe blows everyone else's out the water. Definitely my new favourite.
