   We will start with the minor with this one. So I ordered a "Bonanza burger" last night, which is a cheeseburger with lamb diner meat (I called as nowhere online said what it contained) for a collection order, it's about a 20 minute all round walk trip, got back and it was just a normal cheeseburger, explained the situation and they offered to replace the burger. As I admitted I didn't want to do another 20 minute round walk for someone else's wrongdoing, could you honour it the next night, that was accepted. Called up tonight, explained the situation and I was under impression it was just the burger being replaced, I even said that to them over the phone and asked to purchase a portion of onion rings. The guys replaced the entire meal and even now after a 10 minute walk back and still eating now writing this review 20 minutes later the onion rings are still warm and the last few chips are just going cold. Thank you for honouring your word guys, bar the small negative at the start the problem was sorted nice and easily, friendly on both occasions, go above and beyond for a happy custom, and I must say the onion rings are really oniony compared to most takeaways where it's 1% onion and 99% batter. Chips aren't your normal takeaway "French fries" either, miles nicer as well imo.

   The food is decent but their delivery times are terrible. Food is never delivered on time, always at least 30 minutes late and now they have forgotten an order which i have been waiting to be delivered for going to 40 minutes. They have great food but need to sort out their delivery times as this is getting out of hand. Saying they forgot the order is nowhere near a good excuse. I hope this problem is fixed soon.

   Hands down the best takeaway there is Never had fresher food from a takeaway before Everything from the salad to the pizzas to the chips to the curries are fresh and bursting with flavour Tony Tandoori is a place I will always keep coming back to!

   I always phone Tony's and there are great nice staff but I phoned a munchy box for the family and I found three hairs in the food I am sorry but won't be going back also when I got dinner meat with cheese it came cold hard and I was in able to eat and me mum got a baked potato and she says it was horrible definitely won't be back but the staff are very nice as I know them well as I am a regular but sorry I won't be back sorry Tony. Did want to speak to Toby the owner/boss but wasn't available but spoke to one off the staff and wasn't very nice and all they could say was it must have been in the packaging with the hair incident and but the my deal with the packaging
