Only used this place twice and both times either the order was wrong or had items missing. The containers leak and you can just end up with a bag full of slop. The food that did make it to us in one piece was actually not too bad. Let down by incompetent order management and delivery
Been using them for years but have had 3 terrible experiences In a row now. Firstly when I specifically asked for no sauce and salad and request was ignored. secondly, called to place an order for a pizza was told to come in 20 minutes, when I got to shop, they hadn't even started to make it . The last straw, ordered a meal, over an hour later , they called to confirm my address and said they got the wrong house and were outside another house in the street, over 40 minutes later still no food, so called to cancel and they told me that it was because they were busy, so I asked why did they make up a story about the delivery driver standing 2 doors away ? The food quality is ok, but because of these issues I will be going elsewhere
Asked for a doner meat pizza with extra meat and was lucky to have 2 slice of meat on my pizza , on just eat it said it was 12.70 when the order came I was charged 13.50 , phoned the shop and said that it’s all they could afford to give me , definitely one of the worst places to go to! They don’t even deserve one star! Avoid
Very nice customer service and very high food quality. It is not the only place I order kebabs but I like going there once in a while for a treat. The only time I had problem with them it was when I ordered food for a particular time through just eat and the food was prepared 50 minutes too early and it was cold in the result but except for this I never could complain.
AVOID!!!! Ordered a vegetable curry from here tonight as I am vegetarian. Noticed when I plated the curry up that it was chicken! I understand that mistakes can happen but it was the service afterwards that was upsetting. Just Eat contacted the restaurant on my behalf to resolve the matter. At first, I was offered a £6 refund which was way too low and never accounted for the fact that the rest of the food (like the chips and garlic/cheese naan) was completely ruined as I had plated it all up and put the curry over it. Just Eat then got back in touch with the restaurant and we were told that we would be offered the £6 refund plus the restaurant would send a replacement curry as they really didn't want to increase the amount of refund offered. We reluctantly accepted. Another hour passed and there was no sign of the replacement curry. We contacted the restaurant directly who insisted that there was no agreement for a replacement curry and the chef just made a 'human error'. Awful experience. Will never order from here again. Ordered food around 8pm and have still not eaten 2 and a half hours later. Full night ruined.
