1st time in my life ordering a bad curry. Ordered a chicken tikka massala, consistency was closer to water than a curry and all I could taste was salt, I’ve had better tasting ones from Asda. 1st and last time ordering here and please don’t reply to this arguing with me like you do on all the other reviews

Just picked up a mega munchie box , been looking forward to getting this all week , never had a munchie box from here and not disappointed, plenty food , everything very tasty so would definitely recommend and will be getting it again

Absolutely disgraceful!! Ordered a calzone specifying NO DONAR MEAT but to get ham instead, which I have been ordering for years as I don’t eat lamb, it came with donar meat in it, chicken tikka is fine and ordered a Coke and Diet Irn Bru, I got a Diet Coke!! I called them stating I don’t eat lamb and the juices are wrong too, they said they don’t do replacement meat and they weren’t going to replace my order!! I’ve been a customer for 10 years, I’ve never once had any problems, but I was told that they are now under new management so they have just lost my custom, terrible attitude from the female boss, won’t be ordering again!
EDIT. Ordered again after the review below and it was brilliant and back to its best on size and quality! Yhese guys used to be brilliant. Can't fault the quality of the food but just got the smallest kebab yet. Noticed a few months ago they were getting smaller but thankfully the one last week was back to its best. Just picked up an identical order and it's far smaller. Far too much inconsistency in portions now. It's even in a smaller box. I pay for the large size and extras to get a large with extras. Food is really great but the inconsistent portions are frustrating
Food is amazing. New staff member in charge with deep voice very stubborn says no delivery drivers available try another day?? Pardon. Turning away customers that have had no faults in over 10 years of custom. Ridiculous. Poor show.
Customer service is awful, paid £2.50 for delivery which was over 45mins late? Paid for items I didn’t receive and when we phoned we were lied to about the status of the food/order. Woeful
THE best pizza we’ve had!! This place has been consistent time after time and we will definitely continue using them after trying the chicken tikka pizza!
