Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very poor. The grilled chicken was raw and undercooked inside. And the pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni. I understand that rush hour is a factor, but raw chicken can cause food poisoning. This place is all about quantity, not quality.
I ordered food late at night so was after something quick to take home. I ordered large chips and cheese and mushroom pakora. The chips and cheese were ok, overall they were a bit soggy. The pakora was terrible. To start with the mushrooms were not fully cooked all the way through and the overall flavour wasn't enjoyable. I will definitely not be returning.
My friend ordered a hoagie at 7:20, after 2 hours he phoned and they said it’s out for delivery. Another 40 mins passes and he’s asked to cancel it and they said no it’s out for delivery. Eventually over 3 hours later he calls again and the woman said she left it outside his door, which is clearly a lie. Never order from here, embarrassing.
Had to call 3 times in order to find out where delivery was, finally arrived after 1 hour and 50 minutes, I ordered a salad kebab, so oddly enough, expected salad. Instead, received this inedible mess. Called shop for the 4th time and was asked to call back before being hung up on.
As you can see from the photo attached the chicken in the korma was raw. Didn’t notice on my first few bits as I didn’t cut the chicken open. Full order in the bin. Restaurant couldn’t help with a refund, had to go through Just Eat and they would only refund part of the order.
Ordered cheese burger last night with all the trimmings also 5 pieces of chicken, oh my days amazing so hot when it came , keep the good work up guys , drybrough place.
Just poor food. Even the basics like Chicken Pakora, Chips and Donner Meat are not up to scratch. Walked in, ordered takeaway. Even by takeaway standards, the food is terrible. Pakora is overcooked and dry, the coating is rock-hard. Chips are burned. On top of this the food is also cold. I've no idea how food like this can be so bad. It's also quite pricey for what it is - I will definitely not be back.
First time getting anything from here! Absolutely terrible! Got 12” spicy chicken, red onion and Sweetcorn pizza and 2 kids meals, the cheese was burnt and the dough on the base wasn’t cooked through! Came all the way over from Motherwell as was highly recommended! Never again! Please avoid!
