Had my nose pierced here a few weeks ago. Such a pleasant experience, made me feel at ease. Nala has always been highly recommend by my friends and I can see why. Very professional. I highly recommend to others, I will be using again for future piercings.
I have used Nala for my tattoos and my piercings. Their tattoo artists are amazing and their designs are beautiful. I have honestly never had to have anything I’ve had done here touched up. I have also had dermals and cartilage piercings done here. They check with you throughout the process and provide good guidance on aftercare. I would highly recommend them for all tattoos and piercings.
I brought my 9 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced as I wanted to be sure they'd be done properly. She loved her experience with Laura-Jayne and Netty. They made it so nice and calm for her, and we've had no issues with her earrings. I would recommend for other children, especially as the piercings have the little ball on the back rather then a butterfly clip.

An 18 year old girl that is living with our family, went in today to have her first tattoo and I cannot believe the state she has been left in. The tattoo was not covered properly, and they used a piece of cling film and not second skin, there was no after care advice given, when she asked to stop for a rest as it was hurting her, she was told by the tattoo artist - NO, please take into account that she was crying at the time. She is bleeding and is bruised quite badly. The shop is now shut and she has to go to another tattooist for help, they have been so kind in helping her and have said that the tattooist at Nala`s has gone too deep and that it shouldn`t have bled or be bruised like it is. Absolutely appalling. They should not have let her leave the shop as she was. What an absolutely terrible first tattoo experience for anyone to have. Do not go here for a tattoo, you might as well do it yourself at home. I only gave 1 so I could post this, it actually should be a no star rating.
Had a lobe piercing done somewhere else which got infected and stuck in my ear. Came to Nala to have it removed and the piercer made me feel comfortable and at ease, communicating throughout the whole procedure (which only took a couple of minutes!), and instructed me on aftercare. Very professional, done in a sterile environment, would 100% recommend for piercing removals.
Nala is a friendly attitude free studio with all female tattoo artists and piercers. I’ve been getting tattooed for over twenty years both in the U.K. and the U.S.A. and it’s evident Nala has a deep respect for tattoo history and culture. The studio is wonderfully designed and decorated and the artists have the talent and creative vision to work in various styles of tattooing to bring your ideas to life. I had some relining work done and was thrilled with Sofie Simpson’s skills; so much so that we are working on a project for the new year. So bring your ideas to Nala to get the tattoos and piercings you can proudly wear for life.
Great friendly atmosphere, love how the shop looks. Had my Septum & an industrial piercing done, the piercer was friendly and reassuring think her name was Annette. Couldnt fault my experience, would defo recommend Nala.
This place is amazing! Super warm welcome, made me and my daughter feel at ease. Clean studio, excellent peircing and aftercare advise. My daughter will defo be back for next one Thanks a million!
