   Very disappointed with the service today. I went to the shop with six of my friends, and the person attending us was extremely rude. Because of the poor and unprofessional behaviour, we decided to leave without buying anything. It was a really unpleasant experience — I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

   Very disappointed. The shawarma was terrible. The lamb was veiny, overcooked, and dry. Not made in pita but on a tortilla instead. Couldn’t finish it, it was so bad. Service was awful and the employee was super rude… would not answer our questions and made us feel stupid for asking questions about the menu or for a receipt. I would not recommend this place.

   I don't usually give out bad reviews . The food was stone cold when i received it.(edit) this place was used to be nice when i went there last year and i can see that it has gotten worse recently .Totally not recommended !.

   I ordered a lamb shawarma but got given a lamb doner. When I pointed out the mistake I was told that if I wanted the shawarma I’d have to pay again. As I don’t eat doner meat I ordered the shawarma and paid again as I was hungry and it was late. The doner I gave to a homeless person and ate the worst shawarma I have ever tasted. Avoid this place.

   Although everything was closed on December 25, this place was open. And here I ate the best shawarma I have ever eaten in my life. Normally, such meat dishes are very risky for me, my stomach is upset and I have been unable to sleep until morning. But it never bothered me. I had a very satisfying and delicious dinner. The place looked very clean. The employees were very friendly and caring. I care a lot about who cooks the food I eat and how it is served. For this reason, I would like to state that I am very satisfied with the communication of the employees. I hope I can find the same taste again when I go to Bath again and when the weather is good I can sit outside and enjoy a long meal.
