   I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this, as I had hoped for a much better experience from Wok Inn. Unfortunately, the meal left me feeling quite let down. The prawn crackers had a strange, almost “off” taste that immediately raised concern. The curry sauce was thick and lumpy in a way that made it difficult to enjoy, and the barbecue ribs were far from what I’d expect from a place with so many good reviews. It’s disheartening when you look forward to a meal and it ends up feeling wasted. The only saving grace was the staff, who were kind and welcoming — and I truly appreciate that. My frustration isn’t with them, but with the quality of the food, which simply wasn’t acceptable. I want to be clear that I mean no ill will, and I hope this review finds the team in good health and good spirits. I genuinely hope these issues can be taken seriously and improvements made, because it’s upsetting to see this level of decline from a place that should be capable of much better.

   I bought a chicken egg fu yung with fried rice and a portion of curry sauce today 24/092025 at around 5pm. The curry sauce and the fried rice are fine but when it came to the chicken egg fu yung the chicken was still raw so I took it back for a replacement and the man serving said I should have asked for it well done. Wow that’s a new one! The whole point of cooking chicken is that it should be cooked thoroughly with no pink bits showing otherwise you get salmonella and other illnesses. Never again will I go back there for any type of food. The serving area is dirty and the kitchen hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

   Dreadful food. Chicken in batter was mushy. Sweet and sour sauce had an odd saccharine taste to it. BBQ ribs were tough as old boots and the prawn toasties tasted like they were cooked in oil that had been reused way too many times. Avoid!

   An amazing Chinese. Everything I brought looked like it was made fresh. Was happy with the portion that you got. It was very tasty and really warm. The lady behind the counter was amazing and was very friendly and very chatty. Will be back ASAP.

   The Wok Inn Rosyth, is the only Chinese takeaway I will use. The food is delicious and you get good portions. Their delivery service is good. Always friendly driver. They let you know how long it will take to get to you, if you ask, and they are usually within that time limit.

   Amazing Chinese, went and picked up. Were really quick, food was roasting hot so was still nice and warm once home. Couldn't fault it for quality, the meat used was perfect. Honestly the best Chinese I've had.

   Going downhill unfortunately. Last time we went here I ordered a Kung Po. I recieved a sweet and sour with cashew nuts. This week we ordered salt and pepper chicken to be given battered chicken with no salt and pepper. Used to love the food here but defo not as good as it used to be. Update 19/3/2022 Food is alot better. Seems to have improved. Wonder if chefs have changed.

   My first visit to this superb takeaway Peking Ribs Singapore Noodles, walking past on the way home decided to pop in, great service banter with a smile watched them cook items didn't have to wait long, food Red hot when we got home delicious and not expensive. Thanks a lot.
