   Hey people of Coatbridge I would not give your business to them tried call them for the first time order something and he says dosent come to sikside because there driver dosent go up only 10 min up the road in same town think it joke but my normal Chinese I get come down from airdrie no problem just lost out of business guys should not do deliveries if can’t go 10 min up road stay clear guys better Chinese places to go to

   We phoned for a delivery on Friday 03/10/2025 and gave our order and it was 4.30 we phoned and a hour passed and phoned again and said it was going to be another half hour so that a hour and a half for delivery so we just cancelled the order. Would not recommend.

   We've tried every chineese in coatbridge and this is the worst. Curry sauce tastes nothing like curry. Chips where half cooked. Waste of money. Guys attitude was stinking too. Jasmine house or Gordon's are the best 2 in coatbridge

   Chix curry in the small containers, salt n chilli chips is just normal chips with chilli powder on them curry is cold even though I ordered in shop and waited till was ready, crossed road into house so less than 5 mins from shop. Will never be back, place has went right downhill and defo not value for money.

   Portion sizes are tiny. Honestly, and yet the charge you the same amount as other takeaways in the area. If your hungry I wouldn't go here. Chicken Curry is served in a small container, where is in most places its a long one. You'd need to order two or serve small to serve all (at the same cost as everywhere else) Wouldn't go back.

   The Chips were hard and all dead ends. Looked like they were dipped in the fryer about 5 times. Phoned them up and the man on the phone was being cheeky and was angry on the phone when I asked if I could get a replacement. I could hear them all shouting in the background about it. They refused to come back to the house and give fresh chips. The man on phone said we don’t get any refund or and replacement of chips and we just got to basically deal with it. Money wasted. This is the first time I had bother with ruby house. Sadly I won’t be ordering of them again as they told us not to phone them back for anything ever again. I can’t believe the way we got treated. Shocking

   Delivery takes between 1-2 hrs and I live less than a mile away. Chips are stinking, the portions of the curries are small and all food often comes cold. Only good thing I can say about this place is the curry sauce. There curry sauce is the best it's just a shame that everything else is shite.
