Fantastic service, personable, knowledgable. We had a full day in London in 2024. Last week (November 2025) we had a 6 hour layover at Heathrow on the way to Prague. He picked us up and took us to Hampton Palace for a tour. Perfectly timed for us to be back at the airport for our connecting flight with no stress.
Paul was a wonderful host, he showed me & my friend round promptly and efficiently. He is knowledgable about historic London and a lovely tour host. Will be bringing more friends to go on a tour with him.
We had a fantastic time during our tour with Paul through London! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and brought the city’s history to life with great stories and humour like the one about the Bus jump at Tower Bridge. Before we started, he asked us what we would like to see from the city. He then tailored the experience perfectly to our interests and made every stop memorable. He was great at taking pictures of us at the many destinations while talking about the History of the City. We Highly recommended Paul's 6 hour tour for anyone wanting a really Informative and unique way to explore London!
I can't say enough great things about Paul. If you're visiting London and want a fantastic overview and history lesson this is a great way to get it. He was very communicative on pickup time from our hotel, never felt uncomfortable with asking any questions, and seemed to genuinely enjoy meeting new people and spreading his knowledge.
I wanted to take my elderly parents "up town" to see the Christmas lights. We chose to do a Christmas lights tour of London with Cabital city tours after being recommended by a friend. Paul collected us from home and we immediately bonded with him. He is kind, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and the tour was absolutely fabulous! Plenty of opportunities to hop out and take photos too. We saw places we would never have managed to see on foot and some we didn't even know about (and we are Londoners)! My parents are elderly and it provided us with a chance to make memories as a family, a wonderful experience I won't forget. I cannot recommend Paul and Cabital City Tours highly enough.
A wonderful way to see London - could not recommend more! Paul was super friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to tailor the route to include extra things we wanted to see. I've lived in London 16 years, but found countless new "hidden gems" and learned so much about the city!
My husband, daughter and I went on the Christmas Lightseeing Tour at the beginning of December and we had a brilliant time. It was a fantastic way to see all of London and the Christmas lights and Paul was such a knowledgeable, polite and amiable man. We felt completely at ease with him and had the most lovely evening.
