   Just had a day to Hever Castle with a friend , with EPSOM COACHES on 2nd December. What a rip off!!!!! £63 each wasted. Coach was lovely, the driver lovely, but Hever Castle a BIG disappointment. The way the trip is advertised, we ( and others on the trip ) thought we were going to dine in a lovely decorated room and enjoy a delicious Christmas lunch BUT we were crushed in a " cafe type " room a good 10 minute walk from the castle ( the walk and distance were not in the advert either ) and the meal was the worst I have ever had in my life. The sprouts were so hard that one man on our table put his fork in one and it shot across the table onto the persons plate opposite!!!! This may not be all Epsoms fault, but myself and others have said that maybe these things should be more gone into to see what you are really going to get, and not let others like myself be mis lead and then disappointed. This is just to let others know to really find out what you are getting before making a booking, be it for a day out or a holiday!!!! My friend and I had also booked and paid for the " Turkey and tinsel " pre Christmas break on 12th December, but have now been told it has been cancelled. Merry Christmas everyone !!!

   Day trip to Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-in-Wold. My first experience of a coach trip. The booking was made easy by welcoming staff who answered all my questions. I was greeted at my pick up point on time by a pleasant coach driver. The coach itself is of high quality. Definitely value for money. The journey was hampered by traffic jams but it didn't stop me from enjoying the whole day and experience. Thankyou to all ay Epsom Explorers. I will definitely book another trip with you.
