Excellent refresher session this morning for my son Leo, 12, who got his PADI OWD certification in Lombok last August, and before another trip in a few days. Luke was very nice and encouraging, the session went very well. Thank you LSD for opening the center for us just before Christmas, and all the best to you and your families for the holiday season.
I just completed my dry suit training with LSD, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. George and Luke were absolutely fantastic instructors. Knowledgeable, professional, and supportive every step of the way. Not only did I learn so much, but I also had an incredibly enjoyable diving session with them. I highly recommend LSD for anyone looking for top notch training and a great diving experience. Just recently finished the PADI open water diver course with London School of Diving. The facilities for the first part was perfect in the small pool and large 3m pool at the headquarters in Chertsey. George was my instructor for the first part, making the whole experience enjoyable and inspiring confidence by taking each new skill step by step, making sure I learnt at my own pace. My second part of open water was undertaken at Wraysbury Lake near Heathrow, and what a fantastic 2 days it was. Swan, Roxy and George were my instructors and they did everything to make sure my experience was enjoyable, whilst gaining all the necessary skills I need to stay safe in open water. The second day had a great dive exploring all the interesting sights at the bottom of Wraysbury Lake. I can not recommend this course highly enough for anyone thinking of taking their first steps into a wonderful world of adventure underwater. Big thanks go out to Swan, Roxy and George.
1st class outfit. Went last weekend for a refresher / reactivate dive as haven't dived in 6 years and wanted to ensure my Advanced Open Water skills were back for trips this summer. Facilities are excellent for both experienced (deep tank) and beginner (shallow tank) divers. Charlie who ran the dive was really chilled and very knowledgeable, really nice guy! He ensured we went through all safety checks and skills to make sure you're safe to dive regardless of experience. Thanks for getting my confidence and skills back to what they were. What was really great my 11 year old did a try dive straight after me, also with Charlie. His manner put her at complete ease and she absolutely loved it. She even managed some basic skills on her 1st attempt. She also now has the diving bug and I'm sure we'll both be using LSD in the future for anything dive related. Thanks LSD especially Charlie, for a special memory and making a dad proud.
I recently completed my Part A and Part B PADI Open Water Diver course with London School of Diving, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Luke, Amy, and Andy were absolutely fantastic instructors—knowledgeable, patient, and full of personality. They created such a fun and supportive environment that made the entire course not only educational but genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. I’d highly recommend LSD to anyone looking to get into diving or continue their training. I’m already looking forward to signing up for more courses with them!
I did the PADI open water diver course with London School of Diving. All of the instructors were excellent. Francis and Suan-Li did the Open Water Completion part and they were helpful, friendly and re-assuring. I highly recommend the Vobster Quay upgrade for the Open Water Completion as it was a much nicer dive site than Wraysbury.
Completed my scuba refresher course today at LSD. Francis was a great instructor - relaxed, friendly, very clear explanations and attentive. He quickly sorted out an issue with my regulator and I really enjoyed going through the necessary tasks with ease. The 4m deep tank is so much better than the one they had at the Chiswick location. I will return to do my advanced certificate.
Absolutely fantastic! Maddie was so good with my daughter, Isla (11), and she's keen to try again. I'd like her to be able to clear her ears comfortably before we sign up to an Open Water PADI course so I think round 2 of a try dive will be booked very soon. Isla wants to bring friends along next time! The pool was warm and only needed a swimsuit so no wetsuit required. Changing facilities were clean. I can't compliment Maddie enough. She was so calm and just put everyone at ease. Very impressed. 10/10!
I opted to do my Nitrox course from London School of Diving. Did the PADI theory online beforehand then went to the centre for the practical part of the course. Cath was our instructor and she is great - very friendly, made the learning quite fun and she went through the fundamentals of what we had done online in a really thorough and easy to digest way. Overall I was quite pleased, and would definitely recommended the centre for getting courses done. I didn't go into the pool as wasn't necessary but having seen the centre and dealt with Cath I am confident that LSD and their instructors would be a great place to start or expand a scuba journey. Will be coming back at some point for additional certifications!
Just completed my Discover Scuba Diving session at LSD. My instructor, Tania, was knowledgable, calm and easygoing, all of which really helped me feel at ease since it was my first diving experience. The in-house pool is a great facility and makes for a calming, focused atmosphere. Already booked in for Part A of the PADI Open Water course and very much looking forward to it.
