   We would absolutely book with Discover Real London again! Oliver was fabulous to deal with. All email questions were answered promptly no matter how many I had. One of the selling points for me was that the answers were in complete sentences and paragraphs, with correct punctuation. That tells me this company pays attention to detail and they did not disappoint. Our driver, Lee, gave us a memorable tour, including being a great photographer who knew the prime spots to get the perfect photo for our group of four. We were relaxed knowing that everything was delivered as promised and we didn’t have to worry about navigating our way around London. On a scale of 1-10, we would give a definite 10+. Thanks for making our time in London special and memorable.

   This was the best tour and I highly recommend it!! We did the sights of London (but you can totally let them know what you want/don’t want to see)! I have been to London a dozen times and learned loads of new things! I have also done other tours (hop on/hop off and walking tours ) and while a bit pricier - completely worth it! If you can go early in the morning - even better as you avoid crowds and traffic. Jamie was amazing …if I could give this tour 6 stars I would. From first email asking about a morning tour to the follow up and everything in between, everyone was helpful, and lovely to deal with. See London in your own private tour and stop whenever and wherever you like…100% recommend! (pic of Buckingham Palace with NO people as in the early morning = the best!!)

   My 85 year old mother and I took the Discover Real London tour today and it was nothing short of amazing! Our guide, Matt, was extraordinary — his knowledge of the city was unbelievable, and he was also such a genuinely kind and friendly person. In just 4 hours, he managed to help us see as much of London as possible, which was perfect since we only had 2 days here. The experience felt personal, insightful, and so much fun. This tour was money very well spent, and I can’t recommend it enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

   We took a Discover Real London Touchdown Tour on the day we arrived at London Heathrow after our overnight flight from the US. This was the BEST decision! Our guide Matt picked us up, took control of our luggage and proceeded to show us his city! The Black Cab can stop in many places, so we were able to drive right up to sights, get out of the cab and take some pictures and hear about it, then get back into the cab and go on to the next sight. We stopped at the Royal Albert Hall, St James Palace, Westminster Abbey/Parliament, St Paul's Cathedral, and some very cool and unique shops that I never would have found on my own - we went to Lock & Co Hatters, the American Bar at the Stafford (where the US Air Force hung out during WWII), and so much more. Our guide Matt was fabulous. He was so friendly and helpful and knew SO MUCH about everything! He also has relationships with so many shop owners and hotels and such that he brought us right in. In particular Lock & Co has an entire section at the back of the store of all the people they have made hats for - you will recognize many names and pictures! He started the day asking if there was anything we wanted to see in particular and adjusted the schedule around that. He helped us get our luggage into our Airbnb and went above and beyond in every way. And he is just a really nice person. It was a true pleasure to spend the day with him. This was worth every penny, and eliminated the expense of transportation from the airport and luggage storage. Great tour! Ask for Matt!

   We did the black taxi tour. Hands down the best part of our trip to London! Ollie is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—like, knew all the cool facts and hidden gems you’d never find on your own. Not to mention he is a pretty great photographer and you’ll get some awesome pictures along the trip. We got to see so many iconic sights up close and personal, and the whole experience felt really special. If you’re in London, this is a must-do! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the city in a fun and unique way!

   Wao! Our best decision for the trip was to book Ollie for the private tour. He took us to the best parts in London, took our family pictures at every spot we went. Very knowledgeable about the city and its history and the car is perfect, we loved it. Very friendly and welcoming, we will definitely look into doing it again when we return to London. 100% recommended! Thank you Ollie!

   Ollie and his team are the best, they made our family vacation a wonderful experience with memories that will last a lifetime. We did two tours. The first tour was the shopping tour in Bicester with a side trip to Winston Churhill's burial site. Frank was our driver and tour guide. I must say Frank is a true historian and a gentleman, we learned so much from him. The second tour was with Ollie, who guided us around all the must see popular sites in London, again Ollie a true historian and a gentleman. Both Ollie and Frank are like your favorite history teachers; it's quite obvious they love their profession. Let me say taking a tour in a spacious extremely clean London taxi is the only way to go. Ollie even recreated the famous Beatles Abby Road photo at the cross walk, he knew all the best photo op positions in every landmark in the city. My family and I are extremely satisfied and give a huge 5 stars to both Ollie and Frank. Lastly, don't think that your getting a taxi ride to the attractions, these guys are professional historians and true Londoners. As they say in London, it was lovely.
