   Service was really good. Sadly the food did not match it. Got sweet & sour chicken balls with plain chow mein. Sadly the chicken batter was chewy and the chow mein a bit mushy. The sweet and sour sauce was the best in Motherwell. Was quite expensive but they threw in prawn crackers. Rather untidy behind the counter.

   Very bad customer service. Owner is the type of guy who is nice and cheerful to your face in shop but when dealing with their food can come across harsh especially when communicating with driver, couple drivers who know each other have all worked in there separate shifts and have all noticed they get told to sit and wait in the car as they prefer the drivers not to watch them how they cook their food in their “ super hygienic” kitchen. Drivers have always requested few cans of juice over a free meal put it that way, will deliver for here again just won’t be taking any meals from this place for myself or anyone I know.

   Ordered for the first time tonight, food delivered but missing main components of the meal aka Fried Rice and Bamboo shoots - who has a curry without rice, called immediately and all I got was shouting in Chinese , I asked for a full re-order as no point in eating half a meal, they agreed and we did wrap up what we initially got to exchange for full meal we actually ordered upon delivery for appoligy what so ever and still the food was well below par, chips were reheated/ fried (brick hard ) fried rice was dry and had a tasteof being burnt, curry was very strange in taste, wings were over cooked. My husband and I like many work hard all week and we enjoy our treat on a Friday whilst relaxing ahead of a good movie, please also note we put our order in ahead of time think around 4pm on Friday) tonight to be exact, I would not recommend at all and will definitely not be coming back - hence grudge the 1 star as feel more like 0 star

   Food was horrific satay was dry chips were solid and un edible. And when phoned up to complain I got the angry manager, saying if I dont like the food then dont order again. And asked him if he was going to send me a new meal. He replied way no it's a Saturday night and very busy cant keep his other customers waiting. Safe to say I will not be going to this place again. Also going of his head because I ordered on just eat, and they charge him too much money.

   This is a picture of the Special Fried Rice we just had delivered. 4 pieces of meat, no prawns and a few tiny shreds of meat through a normal portion of fried rice. When I called to complain they were not interested. Will never place an order with them again :(
