   We’ve been ordering from Amber for over two years now, and they’ve never let us down. The food is always fresh, tasty, and great quality, and the service has always been spot on. Tonight was the first time we had a small issue — the pancakes for our duck were stuck together and tore when we tried to separate them, and our prawn crackers were missing. I called to let them know, and within 15 minutes, a brand-new duck, fresh pancakes, and prawn crackers arrived at our door. That’s what I call outstanding customer service! The food was, as always, absolutely delicious. Thanks, Amber — we’ll definitely keep ordering again and again!

   FABULOUS, the food is amazing! It's an open kitchen so you can see exactly what's happening. I watched the staff actually making spring rolls rather than using frozen. Love that if you collect, they cook the chips when you arrive so they don't get soggy. I'll happily wait a couple of minutes for fresh chips. Be warned - they get very busy, which is not a complaint, just dont expect a delivery in 15 mins, especially at the weekend - it's always worth the wait, though.

   Food was solid and very greasy ended up in bin didn't enjoy at all for the price it should have been decent Update 16th Sept 2024 Bought dinner tonight £15 most went in bin food was overcooked dry and asked for mini rolls to be replaced request was ignored won't use this place again overpriced and overated

   I’ve only tried a few things from this place and one of the main reasons I buy from here is because my son who is a very fussy eater likes the gravy however tonight will be my last time ordering as EVERY single time I do order the chips we receive are reheats. They are dry and rubbery with no potato left in them. Absolutely disgusting. How they can serve them to their customers is beyond me because they are really bad. Last few times I’ve thought might just have been cooked too long and gave them another chance but tonight is the worst they’ve ever been. There is nothing to bite into.. no potato.. just a shrivelled up, reheated bag of disappointment. I’ve had the satay skewers and also other chicken dishes and can agree with previous review that the satay was over cooked or possibly also reheated to the point it’s almost inedible. No succulent meat.. just a rock hard shrivelled lump. Also chicken in meals that should be chicken breast is jelly like and revolting.. I won’t order again.

   Food is good but the online ordering is shockingly bad, around 6.30 pm they disable online ordering for hours it's obviously so you call and pay by cash instead of using a card online. 2 stars for food lost 3 stars for the online ordering shenanigans.

   The food is tremendous and this is by far the best Chinese takeaway in the area and reasonable value. Be prepared for the wait however - surpassed my low expectations tonight at near 2 hours for a delivery.

   Order never arrived after 3 hours. Called after two hours to enquire if it had been sent, was advised it was on route. Called after 3 hours to be told it hadn't been sent at all. No apologies other than we'll send it now. Cancelled order. Incredibly poor service

   Just had a breast of chicken curry fried rice and it was lovely got recommended this place by a friend and will deffo be back to try other dishes only downside was the guy took my oder and was trying to put the order through with an ipad and was taking to long to do so

   Delicious food, can't fault it. Only 3 stars though as the front of house duo are bringing the experience down. Waited almost 1 hour in shop last night, not the fault of the cooks/chefs. Young girl and older one that sits by the phone look like they don't want to be there. Really wish they would bring back the lovely Chinese woman that used to serve customers at the front desk. Don't think I'll go back unfortunately.
