   Ordered ar 4:20pm as a pre order. Delivery never came before cancelling order at 5:50pm. No refund . This place is a joke

It was marked RED with room for improvement *** This means the takeaway cross contamination and / or storage or handling of raw meats is not up to standard! This was also published on the Council website! Avoid!

   Almost 3hrs delivery. (1hr late). Arrived cold. Had to reheat. Not much flavour, we only ate around half of it. I was expecting it to be late because it was popular therefore tasted good. I have no idea why it took so long. 1st time customer and last.

   Sorry Daniels, your food is disgusting. Chips looked like they had been cooked 3 weeks ago then re-cooked and placed with my order. Curry was very watery and egg fried rice was stodgy and tasted very odd. We most definitely WONT be ordering again.

   Ordered last night, arrived 30 mins earlier than booked time so wasn’t ready for it. Also received email telling me it would be 40 mins late which I got after it arrived. Food is usually great, this was horrible. Reheated, microwaved chips. Inedible beef. The food was cold so I think we were last stop despite it being half an hour too early. Really disappointed cos this is usually our go to takeaway but sadly not any more

   Absolutely shocking delivery service. Avoid! Ordered food, waited over 2 hours for food that never arrived. Phoned them & told us our order was with the driver. So we waited again. When it didn’t arrive for the 2nd time, I checked the just eat App to see that the order now said delivered. Still no food we phoned them for a second time only to be told that actually they hadn’t even made the order. Not sure why they lied to us the first time or why they then had marked the order as delivered just after we phoned. Good business would accept a mistake, not lie to customers. We were then in a position where we had to wait on a refund with just eat. I don’t mind waiting on food especially on a busy Saturday night but can’t stand lies. I will never use this business again I will never recommend.
