   Absolutely awful experience! This pool is based in someone's back garden and doesn't have the required facilities or care that a pool should have. This wasn't made clear in any of the advertising. The equipment had black mould on it which was unsafe and unhygienic. The host was alsp unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. We had booked a taxi to the pool as my car had broken down the day before. Even though she had garden seating available the host refused to let a physically disabled child wait inside the garden and we were made to stand outside on the street with him- holding him in our arms whilst we waited for the taxi. She had not set up the pool for our arrival so we had to wait on the street whilst she sorted it out. She also refused to let us sit our son down whilst we waited for the taxi and told us to wait on the streets which wasn't just unkind but also unprofessional. She had 2 sets of garden seating which she could have offered. At a minimum she could have offered one chair for him and the rest of us could have stood. I've never met somebody who wasn't just unkind to somebody with extra needs but who was also unprofessional with a paying client and their child. I will definitely not be returning or recommending anybody I know to attend this garden pool.

   Our family had 2 fantastic hours here, it was well worth waiting for a slot and we look forward to are regular slots starting soon. Jan the owner is great, the pool is spotless and a great size much bigger than we expected. Everything you need from changing room, shower and inflatables for the kids. Thanks, see you soon.    Private Pool Fun! Recently visited with my kids, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a kind and courteous person who made us feel welcome. The kids loved the pool, and we had a fantastic time swimming and splashing around. The facilities were excellent, with clean and well-maintained changing rooms and showers, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Lathom Pool Hire to anyone looking for a fun and affordable place to swim. We'll definitely be returning for more enjoyable moments.
