    I bought clothes on the 17th Dec one of the items was the wrong colour so I returned today and the staff in this store were so helpful and friendly.I exchanged my item for 2 sale items so I was very happy . The choice of clothes in this shop is exceptional with a member of staff available to help on the floor and keeping the store tidy . This really is the best shopping experience I have had in a long time . Thank you .

    I love Roman originals clothing, but do not appreciate the elderly lady working at the Livingston branch. I have been in a few times, and each time she has been rude! On the first occasion comments were made about my shape(I happened to have a baby 6mths previously) I bought something today, and again she was very rude in her demeanor. Having seen other reviews about this person, it's clear no training has been offered to her in light of this. Not impressed by her customer service, or even basic manners at all.

    Well what an experience i had today saturday 6th May. I love Roman and the clothes but after purchasing trousers and a top last sunday i had to return the trousers for a different size and i got the money for top on gift card. The assistant was an old women and had absolutely no manners. Never spoke to me and never looked at me or smiled. She was downright rude. You wont be getting anymore of my money.

    A number of sale items available at very good reductions. Can be a little difficult getting around with the racks being close together. However based on this visit I would recommend this store.
