although we couldn't get anything this time Louisa was exceptionally helpful great ambassador for the Flannels brand !
Strongly advise avoid Cleens Sneakers, poor quality, fall apart in under 2 months and the manufacturer are notorious for sorting it out. Also if you order online, flannels are obliged to refund the delivery charge which when collecting in store is a bit cheeky in the first place.
Went in and met Conner who couldnt be more helpful sorted out my return and reordered a new pair of trousers with ease, what a great experience, he is a credit to the company
Decent shop with good range of clothing brands, staff are friendly too. Only thing was as soon as we entered a member of staff followed us around everywhere which made us feel quite uneasy and felt like we couldn’t browse at our own pace. We Understand they are only keeping an eye out for shoplifters however.

Not too many options to buys (Less brand then another store). A little bit disappointed. In Belfast is a lot better than Livingston. Please providing more brands and other products for us.
Went today Saturday, April 2nd, 2022, asked the lady / girl by the entrance around 1.45 pm, if there’s any toilet we could go to, ( while my husband and my son still shopping ) she showed us the toilet for the disabled ones, and none of us look disabled or disabled. If she doesn’t know any toilet, which I’m quite sure she does, because she’s working there, she could just say, she doesn’t know. I take as it she can’t be bothered of helping the customer with simple information.
The worst shop I have ever had the displeasure of shopping with. Please avoid at all costs. Genuinely the worst company and lack of customer service, extremely distressing and terrible. Absolute disgrace!
