    Absolutely terrible customer service especially the store manager. I wish to put his name but he didn’t introduce himself. Quite good selection but if you’ll find an issue with the product just forget about the money back or exchange.

    Bought a £154 Hugo Boss bag the zip broke within two days it hadn’t even been used just opened to see what it looks like. Went back and Daniel the salesman mentioned “company policy only exchanges”. Statutory Rights ignored law says items that are damaged customer is entitled to a refund. Eventually after some arguing I got a refund. Better training needed.

    Asked for medium jacket was handed xl. When I found out that there was No refunds only store credit I left dissatisfied. 100 pound to much to not get back.

    Went in to buy trousers which were £80 with a sale voucher on them for £50. The assistant looked at the trousers and said the higher price remained with no explanation and she did not consult with anyone else. Very disappointed as I regularly shop here.
