   Rude and unprofessional staff. Badly organised shop. The staff consisted of presumably only teenage girls who acted like they were out on a break at school gossiping and laughing loudly the entire time. I didn’t want to listen in on their conversation but it was impossible not to hear them. While I was walking through the shop one of the workers walked right in front of me as if I wasn’t there almost making me drop the things I was carrying. No excuse me or sorry. There’s no place to leave the clothes you don’t want after trying them on so I had to ask one of the workers what to do, she awkwardly took the clothes from me. Once I headed to the checkout I patiently waited to be served when suddenly one of the workers walked closely past me again and said “come here”, I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or someone else but once she got to the checkout I realised she was talking to me. You get a better customer experience shopping in Primark.

   Changing room curtains don’t close properly, fan on full speed blowing the curtains over, no assistance for different sizes, what do you do with the things you don’t want or don’t fit once tried on… are we supposed to restock the racks ourselves. Had to find staff member and get their attention so could pay. Such a shame the brand overall seems to have lost its sparkle.

   Good store and certainly beats high street prices. I don't always come out with something but it's about 50/50. Stock choice is usually fairly good although some sizes can be quite limited (it is an outlet store after all)
