This is a pretty park with kids play area, exercise area, all weather pitch etc large green areas. It is undergoing some changes at the moment as they area adding a new feature but they have made sure it still attacks people with a huge spring summer wild flower area that seems to make all the kids I've seen playing through it so happy.

Absolutely disgusting service. 3 grown adults who work there of which were 2 life guards and a shift manager bullying a non verbal autistic 5 year old child made a scene for no reason upsetting a happily chilled child. Then the woman life guard rebecca proceeded to go over to the other life guard who was male kian and was rudely slagging my child off in which i asked her if she thought that was acceptable as other adults heard what she was saying then she tried to denie what she had done. She then went on lying saying my daughter had floats on which she blatantly never which manager seen and also stated the child had no float on at all then the manager tried to force my daughter to do a length of the pool which she done then they still had a problem which then upset my daughter which had her screaming so I told them not to worry as we are leaving. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected and made to feel a show because of my child's disability . I will be taking this further as it is discrimination against disabilities

Not bothered to put the summer timetable online, waited patiently with two 4 year olds while one of the receptionists had a catchup with someone she knew, was then spoken down to by the other receptionist when being informed we turned up at the wrong time for public swimming as there was a new timetable for summer which wasn't online, how is anyone supposed to know the times have changed then, and why was we spoken to like we were stupid for not knowing this??

I only used the gym so can't rate the rest of the premises, but the gym is looking a bit tired, the exercise machines are in need of a good service a couple machines had faulty weight selectors and the "yoga" in the stretching area are really dirty.....sorry QP

Good sized pool and has sauna and steam room. Has adult only swim sessions too but check the website because the times of these can change

Nice clean open space woth well maintained paths and plenty of bins and dog waste stations that look clean and as if they are emptied regularly. 5 aside pitches look a bit rough but the kids play area looks OK (only saw it from a distance as we were walking the dog). Parking is on the street and there isn't much but that's the same as all the parks in St Helens. Worth a visit after lockdown.

Queens Park is nice but not very big, which means it gets very busy. Parking can be a little bit of an issue but isn't too bad. Multiple courts for basketball, football, tennis plus huge fields aswell. Enclosed bowling green which is now basically a place for people to play with there dogs as they can't escape.
