Good size shop with the top floor mostly for sale items which is great. Reasonable selection of 915 girls stuff. The bottom floor has a varied selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I visited this shop with my wife who was just browsing. She saw a few things she liked but didn't buy anything. Negotiating the rails of clothes with a wheelchair was fairly easy with sufficient space around them.
Been there to exchange on Boxing Day, not a single customer in store and manager insists we do not exchange today because of busy day , Really busy with 0 customer In store and still 30 min left to close, @manager policy should be realistic
I was not to happy with the range of clothes for the bigger person ,why can't they make the same clothes for bigger sizes as the smaller ones ,new look clothes for the bigger person have not got a great choice especially in Dunfermline it's so disappointing as years ago they had lovely ones to fit the filler figure and another thing why don't they make the sleeves wider as I have a large upper arm and nothing with sleeves fits .
I got a school skirt and it is great quality and there was still a wide range even though I bought it quite late, my only complaint is that everything is quite tight and short especially for school clothes but otherwise it was fine.
Great variety of styles with lots of sizes. Some areas can be more easily accessed than others due to some hanging rails being close together. Staff very helpful and friendly . Items very reasonably priced.
