Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time — and that’s saying something. My emails clearly weren’t read, no real help was offered, and the agent went straight for the path of least resistance: blame the customer and cancel the order. This was particularly impressive given that the issue was not caused by the customer (see the email your agent didn’t read) and the order hadn’t even left the warehouse. You also offer no weekend support, and your “online chat” appears to be more of a decorative feature than a functional one. It’s almost 2026 — yet if you check your Zendesk chats from Monday, you’ll find one heroic conversation where I messaged multiple times throughout the day and received precisely zero replies. Outstanding commitment to silence. After three phone calls to your store and countless emails over three days, your team was unable to perform the seemingly impossible task of… changing an address on an order that hadn’t shipped. To be clear: you employ a team of people who cannot amend an address, but can find the time to write emails informing customers that their orders have been cancelled. That’s really what this comes down to. As an almost first-time customer, I didn’t even receive my order — and I certainly won’t be placing another one. All of this hassle, frustration, and wasted time because your staff are unable to update an address, yet perfectly happy to cancel orders instead. If efficiency were measured by effort avoided rather than problems solved, you’d be industry leaders.
I visited your Livingston store expecting a better experience, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and proper measurements were not taken despite my request. The suit quality was okay, but overall I was not satisfied with the service.
I visited Suit Direct on December 30th after being let down by an online retailer. I needed a Peaky Blinders suit for Hogmanay and had already tried shops in the designer outlet with no luck—they were quite unhelpful. When I walked into Suit Direct, I was immediately greeted by Lisa (her name was on the receipt), who went above and beyond to help. She recommended a suit, assisted with sizing, and offered great suggestions. Her support turned what had been a stressful shopping experience into an absolute breeze. The party was a huge success, and I genuinely felt amazing in what I was wearing. A big thank you to Lisa and the team at Suit Direct for their excellent service. Wishing you all a Happy New Year!
Made an appointment to find a suit for my wedding. Ross was fantastic and relaxed, helping me find the perfect suit. He explained everything well and no pressure to buy. I left the shop to think about it and returned 10 minutes later to buy it. Thank you Ross

Went in to try on suits for our wedding and the service was terrible. The guy serving (I think it was the manager) was arrogant and very unhelpful. Will not be recommending!
Visited for wedding suits for a party of 4. The manager was fantastic and got us all measured and gave us a truly fantastic service. Very pleased with the quality and variety available lost covid, but the customer service is what made the experience great
So many good suits to choose from, you could spend a long time in this shop looking for a suit. The staff are excellent they dont badger you when you enter the shop and let you browse at your own speed which is great. The staff are always willing to answer any questions you may have. As for the suits so many different styles and good colours the prices are great. A must visit guys if your in the market for a new suit.
