Forgot hash browns and I ordered them for my little one as a treat and paid 2.30 for them.
None of our subs have cheese or toasted .
My basic sub wich I ordered with cucumber and pickles came with 1 pickle throughout the whole 12 inch sub and no cucumbers.
Was a 32 pound order in total .
The driver also sat in the same spot for 10 minutes so our food was cold .

The staff are generous with the veg on subs and the coffee is proper barista, but one or two staff aren’t the best with the frother for cappuccinos or Lattes. If you end up with a flat one though they will remake a new one for you. Only one real criticism is that there is no free WiFi here. I know it is optional for each franchise, but I really struggle with data signal here being on the O2 network. It would be nice if free WiFi was setup here as it’s hard to access my subway offers/rewards on the app or even get the app to work at all without data/wifi. Thanks

Cant really fault the food as subway has always been class just a shame the server is tight with portion control but altermately the Atmosphere & food was top. How ever belive Customer service might need a little work as my server i found rude with no proffsionalism maybe differant job rule not dealing with customers face to face

Iv ordered from this place multiple times with no complaints, but recently iv ordered the last weeks and I’m either missing things or have a complete different order. iv just ordered now and I’m missing drinks and nacho bites, and they won’t even pick up so I can speak to someone.I don’t know if it’s something to do with me because I work there before hand, but my partner orders from the same place and he has everything. im very upset since it was nearly a £30 order and didn’t get everything. Very disappointing.

Had a good steak and cheese foot long but wouldn't recommend the crispy wedges upgrade. More like soggy undercooked raw potato wedges. Nothing crispy about these.

Enticed in by the slogan "Great coffee and cake doesn't have to cost a lot!" And the offer of just that for £3.30. I thought the play on words was a little cheeky especially being just opposite a Costa Coffee! So I thought I'd give it a shot. Unfortunatley once at the counter there was no chocolate cake as depicted in the poster, not to worry a victoria type raspberry cake that was available would do just fine. On sitting down in the corner I was a little off put by the unusally dirty floor but I put my rucksac on the slightly crumby chair and decided not to look down and sit back and enjoy my well earned Sunday coffee out! My sip of Moka was my first real disspointment . My Moka tasted like sweet vending machine coffee, not my idea of great coffee, the Cake was basically Industrial, not that it was bad at all but there was nothing great about it from the uniform air bubles in the insipid sponge to the greasy on the tounge 'cream' filling. It's a shame that businesses feel they have to spend money on false advertising to trick people into spending their hard earned money at their establishment, instead of providing good honest food that would sell itself.

Great place to rest if you tired of shopping. Spacious place with comfortable seats. Helpful, smiled staff. Lots of parking spaces. Few steps from bike racks. Near to the bus stops. Very convenient location for rendez-vouz or waiting if you're not coming alone for shopping but everyone wants to visit different stores at Imperial Retail Park.

Excellent. Staff are efficient and friendly. There is a new area where you can just order drinks/cakes/cookies, so you don't have to wait in the long food queue when you just want a drink and cookies. Lots of seating inside and outside. Very clean. There is only one toilet, so sometimes there is a wait, but it is clean.
