   I can honestly say that after many years of buying on line this is by far the best company I've ever dealt with,I returned a shirt through fault of my own ( slim fit) the return process was easy and the money was back in my account very quickly, bought another shirt ( not slim fit!!) delivered the next day with a really nice hand written note,saying I hope you like this one and thank you for shopping with us again.    Fabulous company! I have been looking for a pair of pink Dr Marten boots to go with an outfit for my daughter's wedding. I found just the perfect pair on Shmooz. I got 10% off as a new customer, and the boots arrived 24 hours after ordering them! Beyond amazing as I live on the south coast and the company is in Dunfermline!    I was having difficulty ordering some tops online using a gift card. Called the shop and they explained what I had to do and got it sorted quickly and easily. Completed the order at about 12, tops got delivered by 6 the same day. Even got a text from Ian to let me know. Fantastic Service all round!!

   was hesitant to purchase online at first. they was the only online retailer i could find for my product. i ended up ordering expecting next day delivery but didnt even receive an email of shipment or tracking. i ended calling them and the guy i spoke to was very understanding and told me the product was out of stock. ideally they shouldnt be taking payment for items that arnt in stock and should notify the buyer instantly however the person on the phone was very kind and emailed me my refund a couple minutes later.
