   Hello was in your Livingston branch today to retune a dress I bought for my sisters baby shower. Before I even got the dress on the zip burst open. When I bought the dress it was a bit big so couldn’t understand why it had burst. I went into the store to get a refund. I used the self check out and it didn’t print me out a receipt and there was nobody in sight to ask about it so I left. I checked online if a could get a refund with proof of purchase on my banking app. I spoke to a lovely lady that told me she was getting a manger. The manger came over didn’t say a word to me and was just chewing on her chewing gum. She handed me a gift card and I said I wanted a refund. She was extremely rude and told me I wasn’t getting one without a receipt. Shocking service and her attitude was extremely disrespectful. I left the shop feeling very uncomfortable. Now I have a gift card I do not want to go back to the shop after the awful experience I had.

   Not sure if Management cares enough, but for the past 2 weeks after 17:00 fitting rooms are closed because apparently the shop is short staffed. Guys sort yourself out!

   I mean I guess this is a posh shop, but as other shoppers were saying, where are all the clothes? Its like you've walked into some guy's personal wardrobe. Just one or two items of each style on a rack. Overall though the clothing is quite decent. Good to see fitting rooms being used again too.

   They have 5hree checkouts open ,unfortunately only one takes cash and the same one processes returns .So there is a big que at this checkout and the other two ,the girls are standing around doing sweet FA .l put my purchase down and walked out ,a very poor way to treat customers especially when there are a lot of shops to choose from ....

   Spoiled for choice on the range of clothes on offer. Sizing is a hit and miss though, as some items are a really generous cut, and others are on the VERY small side. Overall, however, clothes are on trend and at a good price.

   Not much choice for larger ladies, would like to have seen more plus sizes & most sale stock was either XS, S OR M. Staff were friendly & stored tidy though.
