Crisps were stale dated for november 2019 left on shelf, and staff refused to give me my scratch card winnings after I returned my card. Very poor service.
I got all my piercings here and I was disappointed when it closed I loved it there he had a miserable face but I knew he wasn’t miserable at all when he was talking to me I loved it there I’ve been going there since I was 12 for my ears and since then I’ve been going everytime so I’ve been there for years and I’m devastated now that they’re closed xxx
I had my seconds, helix, nose and septum done here and the guy was soo polite.
I use to go there for every piercing as I have difficulty to change due to autism ect.. quite friendly.... Then I went to go have nose done blanked me three times the shop keeper down stairs had say something. Then I asked if I could have it done and I explained I couldn't wear mask as I'm exempt for serveral reasons and tried showing him evidence... And was very rude about it. Honestly with how he talking to people going to loose custom with the attuide. If he felt uncomfortable about doing it without mask it would of been nice to be talked to told politely when I've been a customer for for seven years me... However I saw someone else who went in there who didn't have mask who had sunflower lanyard whic
I would recommend to get your body pierced there, I had my tongue pierced, and my septum. My tongue is now fully healed, and I had no issues with it only sweeling occurred which is normal, no blood was shead from both piercings, and no infection during the healing and piercing process. Although it was painful to get septum pierced, the piercer insured I was alright when my eye teared a little. Piercer has worn gloves, and worn a mask, the fan was blowing at my face to reduce chance of getting covid. Small talks were made and this made me comfortable and less worried during the piercing process. I would happy go there to get something else pierced.
Honestly got my first piercing there because it's cheap, but the guy insists on using a gun (that will shatter your nose cartilage), but after a bit of convincing you can get him to use a needle. As much as the piercing turned out fine, I wouldn't recommend the place as there are no health and safety forms you must sign and no age check. Furthermore, the guy is pretty rude and will not crack a smile at any cost!
Ive had 12 piercings all done at this place and i have been very pleased with them every single time. Never got infected etc. I will not go anywhere else for my piercings.
Poor customer service, tried making small talk he wouldn’t even crack a smile seemed like he didn’t even want to be at his job! Quick in n out for my piercing no focus on the position it was in or whether I was happy afterwards or not no after care advice or anything. Just wanted my money i by the looks of things! WONT BE BACK N WONT BE RECCOMENDING!!!
