   Really disappointed with the service in this shop I went with my dad today to find a suit for him for my wedding and the short bald man firstly overcharged us when the products were already pre priced and then was extremely rude when it was brought to his attention, when dealing with the public you should have basic manners at the minimal yet he lacked any sort of customer service which is really disappointing Please avoid this shop unless your looking to be ripped off I would give no stars at all if at all possible AVOID

   Our experience to this store today 11:38 on the 02/01/26 was disappointing.A baldy male aged approximately 60 need's urgent customer service training he was appalling how he dealt with my complaint on items I had purchased.. when I realised I was overcharged on both items I returned to the store to refund... Many words were exchanged between us.. Mr baldy final words were .. I was lucky for him to refund my money. Please clearly price your shirts correctly and don't keep them all in the £20 area and please charge sale item correctly not the full price... I will never ever go back to this horrible store again.

   I have to say that I have met the most skill full salesman in retail, he was spot on recognising my exact fit by just looking at me, how mazing is that to begin with and then to suggest the right colour that best suited me, iv never seen anyone with this skill and I really ended up finding a perfect Suit in very little time left before shop closing time, all because of his skill, without knowing his name, he was short, stout with glasses on but very confident and thorough in his job (apologies for the poor description).. I will definitely be going there again and buying more if my bank balance permits :-) This is at the Livingstone factory outlet store in Scotland.

   Went in today to purchase a suit for a funeral, looked around for a while (20mins) and was unsure of the sizes and stylings, no there customers were in the shops and the staff that were there were chatting and and checking themselves in the mirror. Left and went to the shop across and was sorted with a suit within 10 minutes of walking in

   I have received excellent service on every visit. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide range of sizes and styles. On my visit today we had 3 members of staff running around after us, asking a lot of questions about our event that we are to attend and giving great advice. Well worth a visit. We will definitely return. Very well done to the team at the Livingston store!

   I recently visited this store and was served by lovely gentleman called Rob. He was so helpful and efficient without being pushy. He let me try on many shirts and gave me succinct advice about fitting etc. I bought a suit, shirt, tie and pocket square and I was more than happy with my purchases. The rest of the staff are were friendly and helpful too.
