   Been visiting this shop for a good few years when I`m at the outlet. Clothing has a cool retro vibe to it and I have bought a few Harrington style jackets, T shirts and short sleeve shirts through time. The last time I visited (30th March) whilst looking at summer shirts the dark haired assistant brought out four for me to try on and I purchased two short sleeve shirts for £60.

   Made to feel very uncomfortable shopping in the store by the older lady working there. Like we were an inconvenience to her because we picked up some of the clothes to look at. She pulled a jumper from right under me to fold it back up before I'd even finished looking at it. Just found her to be quite rude and really put me off going in here again.

   Nice stuff and like the brand. However have had two pairs of trainers by Penguin and although they look good and different they do not fit or hang nice however long I wear then. Both pairs of trainers have remained uncomfortable, though hardwearing but not mailable at all.

   Don't buy anything if there's a chance you want to return! It's taken 2 months exactly from the day they received my item to process the refund. I have sent many emails, some were ignored and some were responded to days/weeks later. I have now only had my refund processed after telling them I'll have to take further action. I have received no apology or even an email with the refund, just an automatic email.

   Must have gone on a bad day to return faulty goods, but the customer experience was poor. No apology for the quality of the product and an awkward exchange regarding the card it was bought with. Rude service is enough to put me off using this shop again, as the products are available on line.

   My hubby loves this shop. Good deals, quality clothing, nice friendly smiley staff, nothing is too much trouble. Clothing presented very well, good looking shop. Whats not to like.
