   Poor customer service would not let me return a north face product and offered me no further solution other than having to go all the way to Glasgow (the store I bought it from) to return it costing me further money. Was never told this at point of sale. Unhelpful and rude staff.

   Extremely arrogant and unprofessional staff. They did various mistakes in the row, started of selling me two left foot shoes. And at the and accused me in the wrong doing and shouting (which is false). Not a single apology! Maximum inconvenience and disappointment. Please stay away if you can.

   Busy shop but great value once you get in. Got two T-shirts in the sale for £40. Served quickly as well by sales assistant, no queue at the time I visited. Definitely earlier you get here the better!
