    I must say I’m disappointed in this new layout, my disabled mum waited and the disabled checkout for 10mins and no one came. Took her to self check out where card only but no signs needless to say we walked out with nothing

    Really need to get checkouts staffed better when the place is busy ( Q busters)all trained checkout staff to tills !!! And why are the checkouts closed on top floor ???

    Had an amazing experience in the newly laid out store. It looks fresh and edgy. Got the opportunity to speak to the store manager and told her how amazing the new layout it. Well done Primark Livingston.

    Pathetic when I eventually found everything the checkout que was past full with people queuing outside the line. with only half the checkout positions open. I went from menswear ,where they have decided to close all the checkouts a few months ago to the second floor (apparently men are second class citizens to them) which was moving slowly and rammed with people to the ground which was exactly the same. I dumped my shopping and left.

    Not one of the best ones I've visited, although the store is big its laid out quite badly and you end up missing half of it when getting around due to this. There wasn't much on the racks, mostly just out of season reductions and it was very messy with things on the floor everywhere, maybe I just went on a bad day but I didn't think it was worth a visit

    As per, good old Primark for some additional winter accessories. Lots of cheap woollen jumpers in many colours and designs between £6-8 each. 2 pairs gloves for £1! Amazing!
