Was in over Christmas and lots of nice cloths bought a lovely jumper happy with there selection of stuff
No lift to get to the upstairs which and as a disabled male I was completely unable to get to my section. Also my wife tripped on a rug. Managers were unsupportive of my needs and apparently the “lifts were broken”
Staff rude, cliquey and unhelpful Standing doing nothing but unwilling to help. Wouldn't bother
as an employee I felt like I was underestimated on my work abilities, was looked past and made to feel like I wasn’t doing enough for the “shop” when I was doing more than enough. The higher ups were not approachable in any shape or form and it was very clear all they cared about was numbers! Was expected to bend over backwards for them and the rota was never enough to be able to plan your week! I got a day off yet was expected to come in on that day, and it was asked rudely off the higher ups so I did not turn up due to the lack of respect!
Absolutely fab selection of mens and womens clothes here. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Must visit
