I visited the PUMA store in Livingston on a busy Sunday with my mum, who was visiting me from Sicily, and we had such a great experience thanks to Julie! Even though the store was really busy, Julie was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help us find the right sizes and styles, and made sure we both felt looked after.
I came in store looking for slides but couldnt find any as I am having troubles with my eyes at the moment. Lisa that works there was very nice and helped me to find them. Really good service. Id not have been able to find them without help
Julie, the shop manager, was very helpful in assisting us with purchasing comfortable shoes—the exact ones we had been looking for. She was so kind and patient in helping us choose the best pair. She also suggested other items, and we ended up buying three more things from the shop. Julie even guided us through options for shoes and hoodies that perfectly suited our needs.
Just want to say that Julie in the store was fantastic. Helping us find exactly what we were after and letting us know of all the offers. Wish every shop had a Julie! Travis age 13.
Brilliant shop, good quality and good prices. I couldn't get my size in trainers there and there was a lovely lady there think her name was Julie and she went out her way to get me a size 12. I didn't think they would have done this for me but I was delighted when she got them delivered to the store. Excellent friendly staff. Can't recommend enough !

Visited today looking for trainers to help with heel pain whilst excersing. Great friendly /knowledgeable service from Steph, she took me straight to the trainers that would help. She gave a wide choice for me to pick from. Which turned out to be a bad idea (for my bank card) as ended up with two pairs. Will definitely be visiting the store again.
Will definitely be back, from the friendly and welcoming staff and well layed out store, nothing is ever to much hassle for the staff here always willing to help and answer any questions. I was served by Julie and her customer service was amazing and because of this ended up buying 5 pairs of trainers instead of 1. Iwill be back and recommending the store to all.
My goto shop every time I visit the outlet. They have good motorsport collections and shoes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can call them to check on any specific stocks that you are looking for and they can help with that.
