   Today at Boots I had the most horrible experience in past years.The doctor sent the prescription to boost and he said that is Penicillin however when I arrived home I funded Amoxicillin in the bag. I have going back to the Boots and I gently asked to double check if is a mistake however that women refused to check and she was very rude with me. Very bad costumer service I will never go back to Boots.

   I have them deliver my drugs Outstanding service the only problem is they do not give you a time it could be any time on that day up to 6.30 pm so you have to wait in which is a pain.

   As invaluable as the NHS, Pharmacies have been the essential link between Hospitals, Surgeries and the patients. Excellent service, care and attention given whenever I visit for prescription, advice, or vaccinations. This is the also oldest original shop on St Albans Road (that I'm aware of).

   I collect my prescriptions from there. Staff always helpful and friendly. Ok a little boots stocked up with essential items like hand wash and toiletries and buy over the counter medication. I wanted something that was not in their shop but staff offered to order from website for me. I paid and then receive text when it arrived so could collect. it saved me going into town to larger Boots as it's other side of town. Long walk if no car. Thankyou mini Boots.
