   I recently visited Chagcrest Pharmacy on Bushey Mill Lane, and I was genuinely impressed by the caring, professional approach I received from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting — a perfect example of community-focused service done right. Priya was the staff member who helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. She greeted me with a friendly smile, listened attentively to the issue I was experiencing, and took the time to help me find the right product. Not only did she explain how it works and why it’s the best fit for me, but she also shared helpful tips to get the most out of it. Her kindness and genuine desire to assist made a big difference in how I felt about the visit. The pharmacy itself offers a wide variety of items across many departments. Priya helped me navigate the aisles and made sure I understood the differences between products. I left feeling confident in my choice, and genuinely looked after. Overall, Chagcrest Pharmacy is a standout local pharmacy that pairs wide-ranging product selection with exceptional customer service. If you’re ever in Watford and looking for a pharmacy where you feel valued, supported, and well-informed, this is the place to go, and if you have the chance, ask for Priya. She’s truly excellent.    I came into the pharmacy today, all the staff were very nice and approachable. The member of staff at the front desk was very easy to talk to and extremely polite and they were able to sort out my issue immediately. I definitely think this pharmacy is one of the best in Watford. I will definitely go there in the future to collect my meds.
