They serve their purpose, once or twice they've made mistakes with prescriptions, but they're human beings at the end of the day!
Refused to give me medication as their blood pressure machine takes ‘10 minutes’ to do a reading and they were closing in 10 minutes. Anyone who’s had their blood pressure taken knows it takes less than a minute. This medication was needed urgently. Would give zero stars if possible.
Nice service and customer experience by Taj, in the fragrance section, who provided me with excellent advice.
I can not say enough good things about the Abbots Langley pharmacy and how helpful Diana the Pharmacist has been (I hope I spelled her name correctly). They have been helpful everytime I've called and visited even when busy and especially during the last few years haven't shown any lapse in service or empathy. Thank you for all your help with me and my family.

My experience of the Boots staff in Abbots Langley is that they have been extremely helpful and courteous - even when I have seen them having to deal with awkward customers!

Service isn't great unfortunately. Have been standing waiting outside at 9am for approx 5 to 8 minutes as they don't seem to open on time. Often standing at the til waiting for a couple of minutes to be served which is a regular occurrence. I think Boots need to review the level of service that this branch provides as this wouldn't be acceptable on a bigger high street.
Absolutely appalling place!!!! The staff and the attitude is disgusting, so rude and so unhelpful, how they get away with this is beyond me. I can only assuming that these are the qualities you need to work there and if so Boots have a crack team on their hands…. go somewhere else if you want service with a polite happy face.
