I walked in to this pharmacy for a scar prevention gel called Savlon. I was waiting for quite sometime to then only be offered a 30 pound product as Savlon was out of stock. While I was thinking to get a sensible solution for my burn and commented to buy Savlon from Amazon, for the pharmacist serving (who somehow felt offended by my comment I guess) to only say loudly it’s your choice to buy from black market! Unprofessional attitude and absolute lack of knowledge!

very poor customer service.first i didn’t receive any call from them when they mentioned me to call if the item can be ordered or not. when Phoned them to confirm the prescription been ordered, someone said if you left it should have been ordered on phone. but when went to collect the prescription it was not been ordered after waiting for around 15 mins!!! Also only focused on taking free blood pressure check while leaving the customer after taking details of the waiting patient.

I called them about my prescription and they said it was ready for collection. My partner went to collect for me and they then said I needed the GP to approve. When I ask someone to collect my prescription it’s because I can’t. I had actually called them in advance a few days before, then they told him that my GP had to approve. Why? How did they get my prescription in the first place? If not from my GP?

I will be making a complaint straight to NHS England and I would advise everyone else to do the same! Poor customer service plus they put me in a very bad situation by not ordering the meds once they got my prescription it was only ordered when I came to collect after knowing it’s been 4/5 days since I requested the meds! Will never again go to them and I hope they get closed off all they do is chit chat about their ages/striking etc. whilst the pharmacy is full of people waiting to be served!!!

I bought a medicine at 13:30 but instead of buying spray bought liquid. I returned at 15:20ish to exchange it and they said "Sorry we cannot do that because it's company policy when the drug leaves the store, you cannot return or exchange it" I replied to the kind lady that I didn't open it, she replied "I know, I am sorry but this is company policy." This policy was never explained to me when I was buying the medicine. What kind of Dictatorial policy is this. Although the medicine costed £4.39 what am I going to do with it? As the cost of living is rising, I think this is purely heartless policy. Staff is nice but horrible policy.

0 stars if i could!!!. Appauling staff attitude!!! took 4 of them to fulfil one prescription. left me standing waiting to be served for 10 mins with no acknowledgement despite my polite enquiry. Then to add insult to injury the Cashier walked out of the building without even looking at me to go to lunch whilst the other staff members dissapeared into the back leaving me standing alone and still awaitng serivce.. i left immediately and won't be using them again.
