   A particular item I needed was ordered, but the company had sent the wrong item, so the pharmacist was phoning around to get this item. Eventually the pharmacist was able to locate the item. Went over and beyond, so thank you. I didn’t give 5⭐️because of something that was done by another member of the team. On the whole I was pleased of the time and effort that was done by the Pharmacist. Once again thanks very much.

   I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy and would never recommend it to anyone. I came in with my baby to collect her prescription, when another customer began being rude and aggressive towards me. Instead of finding out what happened, the pharmacist (an Asian man with glasses) came out and told us to stop, but ignored the fact that I was the one being harassed. Things escalated further when another man joined in from outside, threatening me. Shockingly, the pharmacist sided with them, told me to leave, and even threw my baby’s medication on the floor. Who does that? This is vital medicine for a child. I am a tax-paying customer and my baby has a right to her medication, and no so-called professional should ever treat a mother and her child in such a degrading way. As a mother with a young child, I felt completely unsafe and abandoned. Rather than protecting a vulnerable customer, the pharmacist effectively threw me into the middle of the abuse. This was not just unprofessional but heartless. I contacted the head office to complain — they promised someone would call me back, but no one ever did. When I tried to follow up, no one even answered the phone. This pharmacy has appalling customer service, a pharmacist who shows no care for babies, women, or vulnerable people, and absolutely no accountability. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.

   Discrimination Alert For Parents!!! The attendant was extremely rude towards me and my child telling that we had to remain seated for him to check if they had the medicine prescribed. My child was only looking at the products in the shelves with me and he repeated saying that SHE wasn’t allowed to look at the products and I had to seat and keep her with me so she wouldn’t be around. This is age discrimination as they don’t have written anywhere that the products in the shelves can’t be touched by someone (including kids). We were very ashamed by his behavior and wanted to leave but he was refusing to give back the prescription, so I had to take them back and leave.

   Absolutely awful chemist go to get your meds they tell you there’s nothing there in which you know there is as you have contacted the gp so you have to wait forever for them to find your medication most of the time it’s out of stock but they have had the prescription over a week so could order it in. They dont have a clue what they are doing when Zoe’s not there the place goes to pot. Sometimes there are 4 members of staff at the back all chatting and rudely ignore the queue of customers they have. To be fair I wouldn’t even give them a one start it’s absolutely disgusting they way they run. People that need their meds on certain times can’t get it as there’s no pharmacies to give out meds what sort of chemist is that

   Shocking Service always excuses on medication not ready lacking knowledge lazy staff act like they are working but not made so many mistake in my dads prescription gave wrong medicine this pharmacy should be closed down

   I cannot believe how the quality of their service has gone down like this. I used to go there a lot 2/3 years ago and always had fantastic service but sadly they are giving awful service these days. I visited twice in last week and both the times they lost my two prescriptions for my 2 kids and caused me wait for 45 minutes each time although 4 ladies and one gentlemen were working and every customers got very disappointed.
