   The pharmacist Samah is horrible, she has been nasty to be every time I have visited this pharmacy. She has even called me and been nasty over the phone. I’m done with this pharmacy and will never be returning.

   Ridiculous staff you got. I came to collect the antibiotics at 20:57 and she said to get it from Hayes as it takes 15 mins to make it. I told her that I could do it myself but not ready to consider. Worst service and staff you got

   The pharmacist was very full of herself. My husband tried to explain to her that we can mix the antibiotics at home which we always do , and her reply was “ well, that’s is for me to decide “ This was not the first experience we have. Would not recommend at all.

   I always choose this pharmacy for my prescription medication. I have found them to be polite, helpful and conscientious. They are always willing to take the time to give advice regarding health and medical issues, putting my mind at ease and saving me a journey to the GP on a number of occasions. My experience has been positive and I would recommend them.

   Don’t bother. They don’t answer the phone (picks up and puts down again), they will lie about orders and deliveries, and they were quite happy to leave my 6 month old without his only form of nutrition. No apology, seemingly not a single care. Absolutely disgusting.

   Whenever you try to buy over the counter medication you get the 3rd degree. Was told today that they wouldn’t sell my daughter Nytol anymore unless she had spoken to GP. When told it was the GP who recommended it they questioned why she wasn’t getting it on prescription! Why would she want to pay double the price on prescription when cheaper to buy over the counter? Seriously the pharmacist are a joke.

   Medication never in stock Customer service poor Told to call other pharmacies in the area This was for urgent antibiotics Couldn't get my medication elsewhere due to a lock on my prescription which l never knew about so only Tesco could provide my meds They had neither of my antibiotics "on hold" so had to wait 24 hrs for them to be ordered Not good enough.
