The people there are very lovely, kind people, did a week of work experience there and they were kind and I learned very well from them, my Nan started using them as her pharmacy and the medicine has been always ready and no issues.
I cannot recommend Orchard Pharmacy highly enough. They are a sea change from my previous pharmacy. I am kept fully informed about my medicines and when they will be delivered. The staff are all so professional and polite. I am so impressed by their work ethic and the way they treat you with respect and patience. Brilliant pharmacy and staff.

Worse pharmacy I ever been to. Rude staff who don't have a card machine. I called beforehand to check if my script is ready and they hang up the phone on me. When a relative brought a script to them they told them to collect it from their regular pharmacy. They are a disgrace.
Worst and rude pharamacist ever dealt with. Sky rocketting prices for cheap products. Better go to pharamcy which has standard.
