   Sat 15th Nov, stood in a queue, while 2 pharmacists spent their time explaining to 3 customers, that some prescriptions were lost, so unable to dispense, then excuses relating them not being regular Pharmacists at the branch. The senior pharmacist then arguing with an elderly customer relating to her regular medication. Since the takeover the service levels like stock has plummeted. Someone, please tell the directors, without customers, you don't exist.

   Terrible experience. Firstly they never answer the phone. Then, more importantly, they never have the medication in stock, very inconvenient when you have a 4 year old with Type 1 Diabetes. The young blonde lady was unhelpful on a few occasions. This led me to change the pharmacy out of town where I do receive the right help and medicine.

   Part 1 - Try calling this pharmacy. Just try it. Nineteen attempts and counting with no response - they really do not give a sh... Part 2 - Went to the pharmacy and service is abysmal. Staff moaning at each other about the 'workload' and threatening to close the shop early (there are 3 customers in here). Part 3 - Now calling customer services for a refund, have been in the queue for over 2 hours. An absolute joke. Avoid this place, it's not worth the hassle.

   The lady who served us was lovely, she gave me good advise on items to get for arthritis. The cream was really good, and worked like magic, I've got a load of multi vitamins too. Well pleased with this pharmacy. Great, helpful and friendly staff.
