Signed up to the repeat prescription service.waited several days then chased the prescription up to be told they do not monitor that webpage so whats the point of offering the service on their website . Made a complaint via the website and surprise surprise they didn’t even acknowledge the complaint let alone address it. Completely unprofessional

Have been coming to this pharmacy for many years. The two male pharmacists that work here know their stuff and always take the time to listen and ask questions. They have saved me many visits to the surgery and are always willing to help. Top notch service!

As always a very friendly and professional service from Carewell chemists. I always feel welcomed whenever I need to visit them. Due to covid-19, there is/was (prior to may 17th) no shopping inside the chemist and on!y one person allowed inside to pick up prescriptions.
